Payments

Payment happens after the project is agreed.

A project payment link or invoice is issued only after the quote, scope, and terms have been accepted.

Payment flow

No one should pay before the project is clear.

01

Quote accepted

The package, pages, deliverables, timeline, and exclusions are agreed in writing before payment.

02

60% initial payment

The initial project payment secures the project slot and covers onboarding, planning, design preparation, and early build work.

03

40% final balance

The remaining balance is due before launch, file transfer, final delivery, or handover.

Stripe checkout

Deposits can be paid through secure Stripe Payment Links.

After the quote is accepted, I send or confirm the correct deposit link. The deposit page also requires confirmation that the scope, terms, and refund policy have been accepted.

01

Agreement first

The deposit page is not a public checkout for unconfirmed projects. It is for agreed work only.

02

Stripe handles payment

Card payment is handled by Stripe. Tech Shinobi does not store card details on this website.

03

Receipt and next step

After payment, the project slot is secured and the onboarding/build schedule can begin.

Before payment

Payment means the agreed terms apply.

Clients should review the quote, terms, and refund policy before making the initial project payment.
